Reservations

All reservations require a deposit equal to one-night stay.

Deposit, minus the $15.00 processing fee, is refundable if management is notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

A $15.00 processing fee is charged on all cancellations, date changes, and refunds. 

Check-in is at 1:00PM

Check-out time is 12:00PM

Late check out is available with an additional charge and the Manager's approval.

SUMMER RATES (May 15-Oct 15)

RV Sites                         $60.00/night

                                          $360.00/weekly

                                                    (must be paid in full. not available during holidays/special events.)

RV site includes 4 people and a tow car along w/ the RV. You may have up to 6 people on your site, however, any additional people, up to 6 people max, will be charged $4.00 per person per day.

Premium RV Sites   (Sites 1, 25, 43, 44, 65, 73, 83, 92 1/2, 93-101, 139, 140-144)

                                          $70.00/night

                                          $420.00/weekly

                                        (must be paid in full. not available during holidays/special events.)

Tent Sites                      $45.00/night

 Each tent site can accomodate 2 small tents 7x7 or one large tent up to (20x15). Site, includes 4 people and 1 car pass. Any additional people, up to 6 people max, will be charged $4.00 per person, per day. Any other vehicles must pay for a car pass and park in our over flow.

WINTER RATES (Oct 16-May 14)

SPECIAL EVENTS (Fair Week Aug 1st-Aug 12th)

One week min. Deposit of $265.00 required.  Non-refundable. If you are interested in staying with us for less then one week, please contact us and asked to be placed on the waiting list. All persons on the waiting list will be called on July 15th to make reservations.

Note: Holiday and Special Events are non-refundable. We have a 30-day cancellation policy. All cancellations made outside 30 days before your check-in date are subject to a $15 fee. Any cancellation made within the 30 days will lose deposit of one-night stay.
